What to do if you can’t find the email:

1. Wait another 5 minutes just to be sure. Sometimes our email system gets busy and it may take a bit longer.
2. Check your spam or junk email folder. Some email providers (Gmail, Hotmail, school email servers, etc.) will aggressively filter incoming messages, and sadly sometimes free offers like this get mistakenly caught in the net.
3. If there is a chance that you made a mistake in entering your email address, just fill in the form again. We won’t mind a bit, and if you did make a mistake, we’ll see it and just delete the incorrect one.
4. Nothing there? Email our support team [support@profpete.com] and we’ll check into it, and get back to you. We aim to answer every support request within 48 hours, and generally it’s a lot less.
